Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Applicability

This policy applies only to paid ebooks (digital PDF guides) purchased through the Ebooks/Books section of SSC Education. All notes, PYQs, mock tests, quizzes and blog content elsewhere on the site are free and this policy does not apply to them.

2. Nature of the product

Our ebooks are digital products delivered instantly as a downloadable PDF after successful payment. No physical item is shipped, so there is no delivery time, courier or physical return involved.

3. Cancellation before payment

You may leave the checkout page or close the payment window at any time before completing payment — no charge is made and no order is created in that case.

4. Cancellation after payment

Because the ebook is delivered instantly as a digital download, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is successfully completed and the download link has been generated.

5. When a refund is given

We will issue a full refund if: (a) an amount was deducted from your account but the order was not created on our system due to a technical or payment gateway error; (b) you were charged more than once for the same ebook by mistake; or (c) the PDF file is genuinely corrupted, unreadable or does not match the ebook you paid for, and we are unable to fix or resend it.

6. When a refund is not given

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, for not having enough time to use the material, or after the PDF has been successfully downloaded and found to be in order. Please review the ebook title, description and cover carefully before paying.

7. How to request a refund

Email hello@ssceducation.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days of the payment date with your registered name, email/phone used at checkout, the ebook name and, if available, the Razorpay payment ID. We may ask for a screenshot of the payment confirmation to verify the transaction.

8. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet) via Razorpay, our payment partner. Once approved, refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days, though your bank may take a few additional days to reflect it in your statement.

9. Payment partner

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. SSC Education does not store your card, UPI or bank details on its own servers at any time.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our ebooks offering grows. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
